Apart from the above, regular refresher training along with specific modules are given to employees to enhance the service standards.
On Job Training (2 days)
Before taking the charge of any post it’s very important for the security personnel to understand peculiar requirements of the post & adapt himself to the culture and working environment. On the job training is imparted for two days apart from regular training.
Refresher Training
It’s very important to understand the changes in working scenario, the new techniques while keeping the basics right. The same can be achieved by giving the security personnel refresher training. Thus refresher training is imparted time to time.
